Using the Glowing Edges Filter to Add Sketch Lines
Add sketch lines to give your image a painted feel as shown in Screenshot 1 (the final screenshot shows the original image).
To create this effect, start by duplicating your working Layer and go to Filter/Filter Gallery/Stylise/Glowing Edges (Screenshot 2).
Invert (Ctrl or Command I) and desaturate the layer. Set the layer to Multiply Blend Mode (Screenshot 3). Use a Layer Mask to refine the effect.
