The quality of entries in this round was amazing! Between Caroline Julia Moore, Marco Escobedo and I, we came up with Dennis Carson’s Looking at the Future as the July, 2016 winner of the Shift Art Photoshop Challenge! Dennis will receive a $40 gift certificate to the DIYP Raw Exchange Store.
In this round of the challenge we used a new point rating scale to pick the winner and runner ups. Each judge assigned 3 points to what they think should be the winning entry, and 1 point to three additional entries. What we ended up with was one winner, one very close runner up, one other other runner up, and four additional images noticed by one judge or another. So, starting with this round of results we will announce one winner, and any entries with two or more points will be the runner ups. Any entry with 1 point will be included in a new group called “Also Noticed”.
