The July, 2017 Shift Art Photoshop Challenge results are in!
It was a close call this month! The first round of voting produced a tie for the win, and after a tie breaker round, Strangest Things by Chuck Eiler narrowly took the top spot. Congrats to both Chuck Eiler and Julie Powell, our First Runner Up!
The panel of judges was made up of the current featured artist, JoAnn Wilmot, past featured artist Caroline Julia Moore, and Shift Art founder, Andrei Tallent.
