Take a look at the results of the March 2017 Shift Art Photoshop Challenge! This was a very close competition due to such a high level of quality across the entries. Also, there were some really great ideas found in entries this month!
The panel of judges was made up of the current featured artist, Phil Clark, past featured artist Caroline Julia Moore, and Shift Art founder, Andrei Tallent. It was a tough decision, as always, and we are excited to announce this month’s winner: Shattered by Cindy Charles!
