My Dream of Falling by Caroline Julia Moore
In this Photoshop tutorial, Caroline Julia Moore walks you through the steps of creating her artwork, My Dream of Falling. This composition involved forming a floating woman from three photographs taken of a model in the studio. The background image was modified to fit in with the placement of the model. Lots of various lighting and colour grading effects were employed, an interesting use of Dissolve Blend Mode and the positioning of several cloud images and ethereal overlays. A zip file with the three main images used is provided so that you can follow along on your own.
This tutorial contains both a written and video component.
