Quick Tip from Full Tutorial:
Turn Flower Photos Into Brushes.
Use the Quick Selection tool to separate a flower from the background and save the image as a PNG file or against a white background. Then select the defined flower, go to the Edit Menu and the Define Brush Set. Name and save your brush.
