Mercury Rising by Oliver Wetter
If you are ready to create textures, texture variations, 3D images, and different lighting and color situations, then it is time to explore fractals! Harnessing the power of fractal art generators offers a big advantage in creating surreal artworks. This tutorial presents an introduction to creating fractals which can be used as backgrounds, textures and other elements in just about any Photoshop art. In Mercury Rising, for example, Oliver Wetter uses a fractal for the background, as well as part of the helmet.
This tutorial contains a written and video component about making fractals, as well as a video about Oliver Wetter’s piece, Mercury Rising.

Hi, I run Windows 10 with Norton security and it’s not letting me run the software. Norton is telling me that it isn’t safe and has removed the executable so that I can’t run it. Anyone else experience this?
Regards Mik

Yes, it’s just happened to me too. I installed it and Norton immediately removed it.
