In this tutorial Caroline Julia Moore explores the full range of techniques she used in creating The Point of Decision. Please be aware that Caroline uses a few Topaz plugin filters to achieve some of the effects. However, even without these plugins there is plenty to learn, including using native Photoshop filters and blur effects.
