Loved the tutorial, Marcela is really talented. But can someone point me to the psd mentioned in the text and in the video please?
Andrei says
We usually do not make PSD’s available for download. However, this tutorial does provide downloads to all the elements needed to follow along.
Marcus L says
I understand, but I’m reading the tutorial and watching the video and cannot find a link for download.
Andrei says
If you look at the beginning of the written tutorial you’ll see a sub-header called “resources”. Below that are links to the elements that Marcela uses in this tutorial.
Marcus L says
Haha yes indeed, there are links for the Girl, Smoke, Textures, Glass, but no psd 😉

The Glass pieces have a grey background…that does not go away (tried Screen etc) it seems they had a transparent background when shown here?
Sheri E says
I just used select and color range to take the grey color away

I got lost with the ‘clipping’ and ‘clip group’ portion of the tutorial. Is there a tutorial to teach one about those things? Anyway, I just veered off at that point and did it the best way I could, with mixed results. I’ve submitted my piece to you. Thanks for the lessons! There’s so much good information here! 🙂

OMG! That one is beyond my abilities and my Elements which doesn’t have everything Photoshop does. I still submitted my own version of it. I am loving these challanges.
Evelyn D says
This was quite a challenge! I didn’t have time to go through it all properly but I’ve uploaded my version anyway. Learned such a lot, thanks for the inspiration and very informative tutorial.

It would be really awesome if we had the capability to comment on peoples work. 🙂

Tracey, I received your artwork and it is now displayed in the gallery. Since I have chosen to moderate entries there is sometimes a delay of a day or two before I get entries approved. Great work by the way!
